The IT helpdesk is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 9pm(term time) and 9am to 5pm Friday(out of Term) barring unforeseen circumstances, all IT forms can be downloaded from this site or alternatively pop down to your local helpdesk.
You can purchase selected hardware and software from your local helpdesk such as network cards, floppy disks; Top up your printing credit (5p per page (B&W) 50p per Colour) SPSS software, Sophos anti-virus, Rational rose etc. Network cables are available for free at no extra cost for Terminal server users.
